Estimated delivery 3 to 7 business days following shipment. Cost is $3.75 per order and $.95 per item.
3 Day Select Shipping – U.S.
Estimated delivery by 3:00 PM three days following shipment. Cost is $4.75 per order and $1.95 per item.
Second Day Air Shipping – U.S.
Estimated delivery by 3:00 PM two days following shipment. Cost is $6.75 per order and $2.95 per item.
Next Day Air Shipping – U.S.
Estimated delivery by 3:00 PM the day following shipment. Cost is $10.95 per order and $5.95 per item.
